class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Founded in 1977, the\u00a0Marble Historical Society\u00a0in Colorado is dedicated to\u00a0preserving, protecting, and interpreting the rich history of Marble and the Upper Crystal River Valley.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">We operate the Marble Museum, located in a restored 1912 schoolhouse, which highlights the town&#8217;s mining history, the Yule Marble Quarry, and regional artifacts. The society offers educational experiences and keeps local history alive through, museum programs, tours with special access, and
